Her Levitation ability is self-evident and requires no elaboration beyond noting that it is permanent, altitude-adjustable, and has never been explained by any known physical mechanism. The Celestial Reach derives from her giraffe neck extended into the upper atmosphere, where she can touch things that other characters cannot reach and has occasionally done so for reasons the community can only speculate about. The Neck-Based Attacks are exactly what they sound like, delivered from a floating position at altitudes that give her a significant tactical advantage over anything that is obligated to remain on the ground.
